To embed Vimeo Clips and adjust the size

go to the clip on Vimeo
click on the button
in the layer that appears click on customise embed options
use the options available to configure the video
copy the code that appears at the top of the layer into the clipboard
in WordPress click on the HTML tab in the editor
paste the code in
the video will appear as below

HTML mode can be tricky in WordPress – the best solution is to use the WYSIWYG editor to format the rest of the text first, leave a space for the video to appear, then after saving the rest of the page, copy the embed code into the space you set aside for the clip.
